Our Hand Made Amish Dining Room Tables, Dining Dining Chairs and Amish Furniture

Solid wood Amish made furniture from the Amish Communities of Indiana and Ohio. We offer a complete line of Amish Furniture for all the rooms of your home. From bedroom, office, living room as well as the dining room. Our furniture is made from solid Oak, Cherry, Maple, Brown Maple and Quarter Sawn White Oak. The Amish pride themselves on using solid wood with no particle boards, OSB or veneers. If our Amish builders use plywood it's furniture grade and for shelves (this prevents twisting and warping) as well as the backs of all case goods, though solid wood backs are available upon request for an upcharge. The Amish take pride in all the furniture they build and take all the precautions they can to produce furniture that matches their dedication to the Amish religion.

Here are the Features of our Amish Dining Room Furniture

• The table has 2 Coats of Resistovar II Finish sprayed on it, including the underside of the table top, so it doesn't absorb moisture unevenly and warp
• When leaves are ordered with a dining room table the top is sanded with the leaves in thereby making the seams between them almost invisible
• The legs and pedestals of our dining tables are attached with bolts to corner blocks or plates that are designed to handle uneven loads that may be experienced, like when someone sits on or leans against the edge of the table
• Our pedestal dining tables come standard with levelers in the feet
• Only kiln dried Northern Hardwoods are used in the manufacturing of our Amish dining furniture.
• Panels on the doors and side are a 5 piece solid wood construction
• Our dining room tables come standard with 1" thick solid wood tops. No particle board or veneers
• Our chair legs are attached with glue and screws (traditional bow back style chairs) or mortise and tenon joints (mission, shaker and contemporary style chairs)
• The drawers boxes of our hutches and buffets are made of a solid hardwoods that have true English Dovetails front and back. The drawer front is actually attached to the box

We have everything from small round dining tables that range from 24" in diameter up to 60" and 72" across to large dining room tables that can be 60" wide and up to 19 feet long. Our dining room tables have lots of options available making them a custom fit to your needs. Our Hutches & Buffets are can be made in lots of sizes and configurations. From the number of doors and drawers to the choice of glass and shelf placement. Our Michigan Amish Furniture Showroom is located in a suburb north of Detroit Michigan called Utica. We are located 1/2 mile north of M-59 on the west side of Mound road (just north of west utica road).
